Super slow. An oil change should not take 3 hours. I regret paying extra for the service plan.

So sick of this place. Unfortunately I paid for an oil change package, so I still have to get my money's worth from them. EVERY TIME I schedule an appointment, my vehicle does not get seen until an hour or more from the scheduled time and it's always the same excuse "We're really backed up today". Why can't you figure out your scheduling? The customer service is non existent. I never get an update unless I walk to the front desk and ask what's going on. Steve our sales person was very nice, professional and sincere. We were made aware that the price is actually $8470 because if you scroll much further page two the following is stated - "All prices exclude $1,000 Cash taxes, tags, and certification fee plus a documentation processing fee of $300."
