Took my brand new hybrid Ioniq in for its first oil change in November only to find out there was a recall on the coolant motor of the car. Besides the fact that I wasn't (and after another month STILL have not been) notified by Hyundai that there even WAS a recall, the service department person , Sean , that I have been working with has the worst customer service skills I've ever seen . Should have known from the time we walked into the dealership, to turn around and go elsewhere. Dealer asked two times if he would be guaranteed a sale if he retrieved the vehicle I wanted to drive from the back lot. Vehicle was retrieved with only 4 miles to go before gas tank empty. So, the gas station was out first stop. The dealer was knowledgeable of the vehicle. Speaking with the dealer at his desk he was quoting interest rates that once to the desk to sigh paperwork was no where near the rates he was talking about. Me... read more
