Terrible Service. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. After getting a call to pick up my car, we waited 3 hours for them to CALL THE COPS for loitering. (Needless to say the cops straightened them out for us) Totally unorganized. Jack is a tool. Unfortunately we had signed and paid for the vehicle already or would have gone elsewhere.
I purchase a used Hyundai Tucson a little over a month in April 2018. My son was able to get into my car and move the gear without the key and touching the break. The car ended up rolling down a hill and crashing into a shed. I tried calling to report the problem with the vehicle I couldn't get any help. I finally took the car back to the dealer to explain the problem letting them know that the car was not properly inspected. They wanted me to pay to have the car fixed and they sold me a faulty car. Sadly, having previously praised this dealer and given them a four star review, I found work described on the service sheet had not been carried out. The tire rotation HAD NOT been performed. I know this for sure as the front right wheel had light damage from where it had been kerbed. This wheel is still on the same hub. This was the 7th car my family or I had bought from the Catonsville location. However, this time I had Daniel. He was the worst, even got the wrong car delivered from the Clarksville location for me. I had to settle for a color I did not really want to get the options I wanted. Then to find out the Santa Fe was damaged. 3 weeks and 3 managers later my car went in. Week after and it is still there. I will never use them again.
Dealership may have botched my engine repair and no one from management will return my calls or emails. So much for Jack says yes.
RecommendedI must say this dealer surprised me today, in a good way. After battling with several other dealers this one delivered. I started with connecting with Al thru online sales, when I arrived I dealt with Justin. Who was already aware of my situation and was willing to help with anything I threw his way. This dealership just gained my trust and my business for years to come. I will definitely be giving Justins name and the dealership to all my family anf friends looking for vehicles.

Thanks for making my first experience with a dealer the worst. Now i Know that the words of a salesman never count; only the numbers on the paper at the end of the sale. They told me they were going to give me SUV at 13,500. when i go home and see the papers the SUV cost me 15,790!!!. That is the sale price on the market. This is by far one of the worst experiences I've had with a dealership when it comes to the communications involved with purchasing a car. I lived out of state and was interested in purchasing a car. The swiftness of the response of the initial contact was excellent (of course). That was about it. I let them know which vehicle I was interested in and let them know that I was four hours away and wouldn't come test drive until I needed to.
