RecommendedStephan, Tom, Angel in financing all amazing. however, when picking up my brand new venue the engine light came on. they gave me a loaner, I felt bummed. you have this large loan and don't expect that. The team is great though. I know it will be ok.

Salesman was nice - Finance guy was rude and unwilling to try to find a middle meeting ground on purchase/financing options. He spoke to me for less than 2 minutes with no paperwork details to offer me. I have been around to several of your competitors and all have offered me paperwork to show the break down of cost and finance/payment options. I bought my car 2 weeks ago and they have yet to pay off my trade-in. There are 2 issues with my new car that they gave me a “We Owe” you to repair. Nothing has been done to address these 2 issues! I have called, sent emails, and text messages to the sales team all to no avail. Until this is resolved I can’t give a favorable recommendation!
