I recommend that my Hyundai be serviced by people who know the vehicle best.
I was told by the service advisor that the oil change would take 30 minutes. 2 hours and 30 minutes later I inquired, I was told that the Technician was just finishing, 15-20 minutes later I was told the technician was putting oil in the vehicle. Furthermore by the look and smell of the interior of the vehicle it appeared to have been used or driven, and I purchased the ”4 pack”, this was the worst experience I ever encountered.
They are very professional and keep you informed about your visit to their services department.

I got no deals and pay over $8,000 in unwanted things like, $2,000 for ding/dent protection and $2,000 in tire protection and the worst one was $2,000 for oil change and tire rotation (50,000) miles and can only go to them. The car cost was $29,000 and I ended up paying $40,000. I recommend doing your homework and getting ready not to back down on your price. But I have had many others dealers who did the same thing.
