Have had an absolutely terrible experience purchasing a used car from this dealership. I had previously leased a Hyundai and was told by my salesman Joel that any end-of-lease fees would be waived if I purchased a Hyundai. I was assured of this multiple times so I proceeded to buy the car. My initial car buying experience was nice, but since then, I've had a few issues with my "brand new" car and have been second guessing this purchase. I took it back to the dealership twice, because when I start it, it sounds rough and when I accelerate it intermittently makes a clicking noise. This I noticed in the 1st month. So I brought my car in for a recall and got my car back in September. During the process of the recall I was asked if I wanted the trim to my door handle where the lock is repaired I said yes go ahead. I get my car back the lock wasn’t fixed and I was told “I didn’t authorize it.” So since I work and need my car so I can get to work, I said I would come back. I spent four hours negotiating on a car that wasn't even the correct vehicle to begin with. The salesman and finance managers did a bait and switch on me by claiming they didn't "notice the vin number was for a different Hyundai Kona" and told me that everything we had just negotiated was for naught.
