I was told today that the transmission on my barely 4 years young Hyundai Sonata hybrid has failed, and that although it is a defect that should not happen this soon on a car that has not missed one single scheduled maintenance (all performed at the dealer) that the manufacturer will not assist with the $5,500 quote to repair. Really? I've purchased 3 cars from them in the last 4 years. I guess I am done with Hyundai. I was on a Honda Accord kick before this, and I should have stayed loyal.
