Never, never buy a car there. Salesmen/women know NOTHING about financing. I gave the sales person a price range and he continued to show me a car out of my price range. We were there for over three hours, waited way too long, and walked out on the deal. They had hundreds to choose from, but they were not able to agree on the a price we wanted, which was in the initial conversation. Don't fall for the phony commercials. I recently purchased a vehicle from this car dealership and I've had NOTHING but problems since signing for the car. Things that I asked for the car to be equipped with was not in the car. No one has offered a solution. I've made countless phones calls to them and the same issues I had when I purchased the car are just now trying to be resolved! 6 weeks later. I'm completely disappointed in the service and would never recommend this as a place to buy a car!
This place could care less about your time and stress of having a car that doesn't work properly. They neglect to tell you things that are important to you getting to work on time like what time the shuttle starts. What is the point of making an appointment for your car if your car doesn't get looked at shortly after the appointment time? RecommendedHad a great experience purchasing my new Sonata. I'm a first time buyer of this particular make and the deal I got was one I could not walk away from. The experience was smooth from start to finish. I haven't experienced the service department yet but I'll keep you posted. Well done guys.
They tell you something and promise things then they hand you off to some other person and then you don't get what you were promised.when you call them about it They promise you that they will send you a check but they never do and when you call them about not getting the check they don't call back I would never do business with them again
