The Best Colorist in the City – All you have to do is ask for Mike Petrizzi for the best hair color and highlights. He has never done me wrong. I only tell him a bit of what I want and he runs with it and performs his magic. I completely trust him with whatever he thinks I should do with my color. He is really the best! I highly recommend him.
Curl Queen – For the past five years, I have jumped from stylist to stylist trying to find someone that could consistently make my unruly mess of hair into a "style." Much too often, stylists just chip into my curly hair anywhere, causing it to grow out horribly. Finally, I have found Mariel at Antonio Prieto. She has curly hair too, which is probably why she was so attentive to the details of giving me the best haircut I've ever had in my life!
Great Experience – Antonio always gives me exactly what I need, a worry free cut. I've been a client for years now, he takes my curl and makes the very best of it.
Terrible Experience – This salon seems to specialize in one type of hair cut: the fashion mullet. My haircut resembled two separate hair cuts-- one a bowl cut, the other with stringy, razored ends. I was so upset I went back to have it "fixed." I emerged with hair 4 inches shorter than before. Now it will take about 5 months for it to grow back to normal length. Excellent Highlights – I researched the internet looking for a new place to get hightlights and Mike P's name kept popping up so I decided to give him a try at AP. I asked him what he thought and his suggestion was awesome. I love the highlights/lowlights he gave me. He also suggested a conditioning treatment for my over-processed hair and it looks and feels great. I would highly recommend him and will definetely be going back. Well worth the money.
Antonio Prieto Salon Review – I have been getting my hair cut here for two years and I am very pleased. My hair stylist is "Kenji" and the service I receive is fantastic. My appointment is always on time and I'm never kept waiting. I love the way he cuts my hair and even when I can't explain what I want, he always cuts it exactly the way I wish. I highly recommend this stylist and this salon. You will not be disappointed.

Great job, as usual – I have always had trouble finding someone who is able to give me a decent, if not good haircut. At Antonio Prieto I have always had great haircuts. The coloring is superb as well. Their attention to detail, customer service, and skill make this salon a rare find.
