Here’s the deal and I emailed your employee that was my service advisor about this : I took my car in for a recall well when I picked it up he gave me a report that was very misleading and not correct. I knew what I want led and what I could do for financing. The car I wanted was in the showroom. Jorge was awesome to get the car out so we could test drive and was great getting us the deal we wanted. Very attentive to us and was a great experience. I love my new Convertible Camaro!
I was pleased with my sales person (Alfredo) who went out of his way to help me find a truck I liked, no high pressure push me. I was also pleased with his manager, she was also very helpful.
they've had my car for almost a month now. I brought it in there with serious problems and they told me it needed a new transmission. car has 60,000 miles on it when I bought it 18 months ago. it now has only 80. A Chevy is supposed to last longer than 80,000 miles before it needs a new transmission. some of my Chevys have never needed a new transmission. after paying $2,500 and waiting for the repairs to be done, they told me it was ready to be picked up. **UPDATE** Updating my previous review. The owners of this establishment care about nothing more than happy customers. I left the service department in tears and within hours the owner was on the phone apologizing and making things right. He was extremely kind and not very happy that we were so disregarded. He personally contacted service and explained that my vehicle needed to be repaired at no cost to me. I had a great experience.. this is the 2nd truck I’ve bought at Antelope Valley Chevrolet. Everyone from sales person to sales manager and then finance person were excellent.. I live in Bakersfield and drove to Antelope Valley Chevrolet because of what I remembered the first time.. They were excellent again.
