just experienced the worst customer service at av Chevy's service department today and let's just say I will never deal with Anthony latanzio again he is completely incompetent , and a self absorbed prick . after this i think I may just go to autonation in Valencia from now on.. so sad ..
RecommendedGreat car buying experience. They had the best deal and car buying process. I drove from San Fernando to purchase from AV Chevy since they seemed to have the best customer service and easily answered all my questions and weren’t trying to push me into something I did not want. I will definitely be coming back.

I bought a brand new traverse and the check engine light went on. I have only had the car for three weeks. This is very upsetting and should not happen to a new car. I want to return the car. A new car should be reliable. Nothing but regrets.
We were able to get approved for our brand new Chevy Blazer over the phone and online and it cut the wait time in half. Leo and David are amazing!!! We couldn’t be any happier

Beyond disappointed this morning. Many people waiting to check in for service(and I get it). But to be standing for my check in and WATCHING the check in lady blow past me to check her friend in first. This is BEYOND UNEXCEPTIONABLE in my view. Guaranteed, they saw a more valued(cost wise) then just my oil change. I do want to add, this is the first time that this happened to me. Usually service is pretty good all the way through. Had my car for over a month, they lie, and that don’t set well with me!! I paid for my own rent a car for 8 days till they figured out it was under warranty. And the rep that was appointed to me had the worst communication skills and tacked on things we didn’t agree to !!
