2 times in a row, a oil change took 4 hours, with an appointment. I can't remember the service reps name, but same female both times. She never gave me a update on my vehicle and I had to find her to get information. seriously thinking about not going to them again.
Upon reaching out to AV Chevy about their Tahoe options, I was put in contact with Jake. He was incredibly responsive from the start and made it very easy to learn about their options. Because of his customer service, I was more inclined to visit this dealership. Jake made a solid recommendation and was patient with me while I asked (literally) a million questions. Needless to say, I made my Tahoe purchase that evening. By far the simplest big transaction I’ve ever made.

My personal experiences have been poor! I have a Corvette, Stingray, these cars have run flats because there is no room for a spare. I got a flat took it in to AV Chevy the service advisor put a regular tire and the tech ruined my rim. AV Chevy agreed to put a new rim. I drove my car to Salvang for a weekend came home and the rim was the original damaged one that the dealer never replaced. 1 star because their customer service and service center is good UNTIL you've already bought a car from them. It's horrible on after. They were unable to "find my warranty" in their system for a couple months. I wanted to get my 2016 Silverado's transmission and a few minor issues and since they couldn't find my warranty in the system or even my truck (that I bought from them brand new). Jacob from Internet sales was excellent and getting me a great deal.
I was told that I needed an entirely new engine in a Chevrolet Malibu (2016 Turbo 2.0) for $9800. The stabiltrak and check engine light came on after I got some bad gas. I had to request a compression leak test. I was told that the cylinder 1 was misfiring. I was not provided a rental from the dealer. Fast forward a few days, I had my car towed to another shop, Elite Auto Care. They ran the diagnostics as well and it turns out I needed a new engine coil. The car is running beautifully again.
