They were amazing! Wanted to actually sell a car and with almost Non existent credit they got us approved and worked with us! It was an amazing experience.
Came in for lease special and was told that I didn’t qualify for the lease even through I have a 754 score the real problem is the lease had a $9000.00 discount that I did not receive AV Chevrolet lied to me stole my down payment do not by from them go to Valencia Chevrolet AV Chevrolet has no integrity does not care about The antelope Valley people

Lousy customer service . Unable to reach your party when calling , especially management without acing to go through multiple people. If I call and ask for someone specific, transfer me to them. I have taken my business elsewhere as have my neighbors.

This is our fourth Chevy we had bought at AV Chevrolet. The staff has always been professional and very nice with us. Even with the times we are living now. We had a VIP appointment and were taken care of asap. The Equinox we purchased was ready to go when we arrived at dealer. Nina Garcia is very professional as well as her staff. Monica on her sale team was very professional and very informative about vehicle.

How is it Chevy has become a low grade quality of craftsmanship? Chevy used to be dependable & now a Colorado with less then 24k miles has a leaky shock! & an appt of 10am in shop for 4 1/2 hrs??? & a 75 yr old man has to leave to make another appointment without having shock replaced! What is wrong with the service of this establishments work ethic! If you can not provide quality service in a timely manner shut your doors & close!
