RecommendedTheir Sales Man Greg Grimes was great. He saw to it that our car was detailed and all minor issues were fixed, while we completed the purchase. He then delivered it to us so we did not have to return to pick it up.

Just bought a Yukon from AV Chevrolet today. Excellent deal, great customer service, very knowledgeable, great people. I highly recommend them if your in the market for a vehicle. Jorge Sauceda the Internet Sales Manager was absolutely, "The Best". When we got into Finance, Jason Beaini had all the paperwork ready, explained everything we were signing very clearly, and had some great stories to tell. Excellent experience. 5 star rating for the dealership and the employees we interacted with.

I have taken my truck there 3xs for the same problem, each time taking out the transmission, now I have transmission problems and cracked hoses. This is a 2017 Chevy Silverado and it’s a lemon. They need to buy this truck back and put me into something comparable. Also trying to reach management to help with my problem still yet to hear.
