We arrived in Chicago for a vacation, and out of nowhere my son had a scary episode of chest pain. We jumped in a cab, and luckily ended up at this hospital. Everyone was calm and reassuring. There was barely any wait at the ER. The staff talked to my son patiently and respectfully and we had several doctors checking in on him. They have the worst post-op ever. I feel nobody cares about my daughter after her surgery. She needs treatments after and they won't give it to her because my insurance is out of network and Medicaid is in limbo and I cant afford out of pocket. All is I get is, "We will help you", without any help.
