The case manager Susan Navarro is a real number she got mad at me because she wanted to move my child all the way to merriville Indiana to a children care facility after have a natural disaster and I told her it wouldn’t work for my family she snatched us out of the Ronald McDonald’s house knowing that we are trying to find housing because the house we were in is damaged she has given me a hard time during a hard time
If I can give a negative amount of stars I would. After sitting in the ER for nearly 3 hours with NO update, I inquired about the status of my son being seen by a physician. I was told that though several patients arrived after me, 5 of them were ahead of me. Not 1, not 2, but 5. I understand that all children were there for different reasons but why was my sons illness continuously pushed behind everyone else’s?? Might I add, I am not one to take my children to an ER over a cough/fever or something that can wait for regular... read more
Thankful for Lurie’s Children’s hospital. They have THE best pediatricians, nurses, and staff. They got my daughter back up and running in no time after her asthma attack. They are amazing and their resources are great. I don’t ever plan to take my children anywhere else. Dread the drive from my house in Elmwood Park, but oh so worth the attention and care they provide their patients. I am one happy momma. � #grateful #thebestmedicalcare
