When you call to make an appointment and your insurance is accepted and covers the treatment you booked an appointment for only to have it not be covered two weeks later “because we quit accepting blue cross a week ago” it’s pretty infuriating. We checked in, no one said a word about it. We’re halfway through the exam and a dr comes in shuts down the EEG and tells you well there’s something wrong but we can’t tell you because we quit accepting blue cross. What!? RecommendedMy son Tyler just got discharged today from having surgery on Wednesday and I cannot say enough about your hospital. The care he received was wonderful from surgery to discharge. Beautiful hospital and beautiful staff. Thank you to everyone who took care of Tyler. His nurses were amazing and I am grateful to everyone. ❤️
RecommendedWhen at a healthcare facility for obvious reasons: HEALTHCARE, ignorant, disrespectful, condescending reception staff can turn an already stressful situation into a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! That in turn causes bad reviews about the facility as a whole. We all know that word of mouth goes a long way!

The nurses & APN Zoe went above and beyond to make our experience a pleasant one. All of the staff that we encountered today were very empathetic and kind. Worst experience at a hospital so far. Drove 2 hours for my 6 month old's urodynamic test just for the x-ray machine to not work. Never coming back.
