When at a healthcare facility for obvious reasons: HEALTHCARE, ignorant, disrespectful, condescending reception staff can turn an already stressful situation into a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! That in turn causes bad reviews about the facility as a whole. We all know that word of mouth goes a long way!

My daughter was seen at the outpatient center in Lincoln Park today for a broken wrist, and all of the people there were just wonderful! The nurses & APN Zoe went above and beyond to make our experience a pleasant one. All of the staff that we encountered today were very empathetic and kind. The lady who checked us in also called down for a birthday surprise when she noticed that Madi's birthday was yesterday. Worst experience at a hospital so far. Drove 2 hours for my 6 month old's urodynamic test just for the x-ray machine to not work. Never coming back.

My son was diagnosed brain tumor cancer he have surgery year 2016 in lurie children memorial hospital. And now my son is doing really good now.
