I just called becuz my son has a 102 and fever (7months old) and no one helped me or anything the worst services ever I just wanted to know If i can bring him in ...you guys are gonna say we cant answer that what in the world
I used to think they was great until they knocked my sons teeth out and didn’t inform me then deny him treatment because of their mistakes and me advocating for him
Impossible to reach anyone in a month . Left bloom voicemails from myself and PCP Never heard back .
RecommendedGreat staff. It’s a great environment for children. They make them feel safe and comfortable and include them in games and events. Everything is personalized to your child. Staff is very patient and kind. Very up to date hospital
RecommendedThe staff are outstanding and the knowledge is top notch. I know my daughter is taken care of at the level a parent expects for their baby. I feel they care and respect the family too when it comes to knowing the child best.
RecommendedRecommend for quality of docs and technical care but unfortunately family comfort and customer service have really been lost. Size getting to admins heads? Multiple open as advertised comfy rooms open for extended periods most days we've been here but refuse to move kiddo with Mom and Grandma at bedside from dramatically smaller isolation/corner room (my child never needed isolation) despite week stay bc apparently planning for the one hour turnover w admits is too difficult....☹️☹️took four days to get a recliner, a furnitu... read more
