This place is always a hott mess and is stressful and confusing to navigate around with a toddler. To top it off, staff do not appear to have appropriate training. I tried making an appointment to have my daughter’s tear ducts unblocked and the person I spoke to told me I needed to have her pediatrician “fudge” the documents so that her last physical is dated as if it was performed today. Absolutely the best hospital! My son was here for 9 days with RSV, bronchiolitis, and pneunomia. The nurses were wonderful! They not only looked after my son, but they also made sure I was ok as well. They always made sure I had something to eat, and drink. One of my nurses hugged me as I cried and was very kind and caring! The doctors were also very great! Highly recommended!

My son was complaining that he could not smell, so I took him and we saw Dr. laurie Rosenthal. First off I waited more than an hour to see her, she spent 10 minutes with us total. She said that my son either has a brain tumor or needs speech therapy. I left with a script for physical therapy with no testing for a possible brain tumor. I scheduled a second opinion that I just had there’s no evidence of a brain tumor or speech problems. He is nasally congested and we are starting Flonase. This hospital is beyond amazing pretty big and efficient ... I didn’t tour the whole hospital but I love their view to the city their bridge and I saw a Dunkin’ Donuts inside of it ... I love it and it’s important to me to have somewhere Good to bring my son ....I want the best care possible and it seems like it’s the best hospital in Chicago 🙏🏻💙💙💙👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻👶🏻
