Luries Children’s Hospital has been the absolute worst to deal with. Our daughter had tubes put in her ears and her pediatrician recommended Luries. However, since the surgery we keep getting bills for charges they keep trying to collect even though we have paid. The audiologist messed up her hearing test after the surgery and we got billed. Then they made us come back in because they messed up, which they rescheduled the appointment 3 times on me. After which we got a bill for the same exact test even though they messed up ... read more
My son was admitted to the hospital for emergency surgery. He stayed four nights. The entire staff of this hospital was amazing and very accommodating to us parents. You can see how they genuinely care for their patients. They communicated everything to us in detail and never had us guessing or waiting for answers. I highly recommend this hospital for your child.
This hospital is truly a godsend. My son was just there for pneumonia (transferred from a NWI hospital). Watching your child go through any major illness is a parents worst nightmare. From the moment we stepped into the facility I instantly felt at peace. We were greeted by some of the best nurses and drs I have ever met. Every single staff worker goes above and beyond. My son had to have surgery and all of the staff were so great with him and my family! They took such good care of him! Surgery went great and they let him take recovery at his speed!

Horrible Head Shape Clinic. My twins head shapes never improved. They were terribly understaffed, our helmets arrived wrong, difficult to schedule, and their front office staff was rude and berated patients in front of all the other patients. To make things worse, they could not figure out how to bill my insurance company the twins. Two and a half years later and I received another bill!! And they constantly overcharged me and I’m just now receiving rebates! Their billing departments are a joke, they constantly make mistakes... read more
