While we had great experiences with ENT and ophthalmology, the gastroenterology department has been a nightmare to work with and our child's health has suffered as a result. We had a very poor experience with Dr. Bass.
RecommendedWe made appointments to go to luries(an hr away) come to find out when we get there they didn’t tell us that our private/nor Indiana Medicaid were accepted when we made the appointments. Sad that a great hospital an hr away doesn’t accept more insurance and now we have to drive 5hrs away to receive the same quality care. It’s a financial struggle for us. I hope one day you will accept more insurances.

Do not bring your kids or loved ones here. I was a patient here. I have test confirmed diagnosis but they put a sitter on me. In case you didn’t know what that is it’s where they have a cna or nurse sitting in your room 24/7 let me tell you I am not suicidal or a risk to myself or anyone else. Now they are trying to call child services because they want to take my phone away that we pay for not them. They told me I’m not actually sick and I have been diagnosed with ptsd because of how traumatic all of this is. I am NOT the o... read more
