I love this hospital! We were late due to traffic and they still took us for my son’s surgery! They were very nice and repeatedly asked if we had any questions. I highly recommend this hospital for your children’s needs!

It wasn’t as big as Children’s National in Washington DC. The employees are not that accommodating as well. The Opthalmology department is so crowded and their equipments are old. The Opthalmology resident isn’t as nice as she has to be because she’s working with KIDS!!!!!

When you call to make an appointment and your insurance is accepted and covers the treatment you booked an appointment for only to have it not be covered two weeks later “because we quit accepting blue cross a week ago” it’s pretty infuriating. We checked in, no one said a word about it. We’re halfway through the exam and a dr comes in shuts down the EEG and tells you well there’s something wrong but we can’t tell you because we quit accepting blue cross. What!? My son Tyler just got discharged today from having surgery on Wednesday and I cannot say enough about your hospital. The care he received was wonderful from surgery to discharge. Beautiful hospital and beautiful staff. Thank you to everyone who took care of Tyler. His nurses were amazing and I am grateful to everyone. ❤️
