We went to the New Lenox campus at Silver Cross. We had to wait weeks to get an appointment. When we could have been seen the next day by a local ortho. I wanted the expertise of a Chikdrens Hospital. Having good results with Denver children's hospital. I could not be more disappointed. We where rushed from the minute we walked in the door. I was cut off three times by the nurse as I tried to explain why I was there. She wouldn't even let me explain how we didn't know how my son got the injury. A broken L5 vertebrae. My daughter had a procedure done there today and I'll just say the service, concern and professionalism from ALL of the healthcare providers that cared for her from beginning to end was totally AMAZING!!!! Thank you for the reassurance in caring for my child. We appreciate all that was done. Not to mention the food in the cafeteria was great as well!!!!!

This hospital is amazing! The staff is so caring, helpful, and reliable. So glad they transferred my son here.
