My Granddaughter is there now recovering from a bacterial infection and a fungal infection after being released from her last round of chemo for leukemia. Please take good care of her......I miss her so much and want her home for Christmas. Please �
I felt comfortable as soon as I registered. The doctors and nurses are really nice and caring. Everyone took great care of my baby. I love this hospital.
They kept telling me to let my baby die!! Thanks to god and another hospital she is alive and well and 5 years old today
I will never trust the care of my child to any other medical staff or hospital. My son actually said, when we walked into this spectacularly child-appealing place, “this is where the fun begins.” (I’m sure he felt gyped later, when coming out of anesthesia.) He had a dental procedure under anesthesia and while it wasn’t major surgery, the fact that he had to be anesthesized scared the daylights out of me. 1st of all I can barely speak because my eyes are full of tears. From the moment I walked in this place I was greeted every day with a smile gentleness and Comfort. From Doctor Goldman to doctor Mead's, Katie Howes, (caring and compassionate social worker) wonderful nurses And lots of other wonderful doctors who took place in the wonderful care of my nephew in whom I have full guardianship of. A big thanks to Dr. Nancy Young, who performed three Cochlear Implant procedures on me in the city of Chicago at Children’s Memorial on Fullerton & Lincoln due to the internal device (Implant) failure. Now, I am hearing again for at least 17 years since March of ‘01 after I underwent my 3rd Cochlear Implant surgery. Best staffs and great Audiologists at Lurie Children’s Outpatient Center in WST!
