Staff are kind and so awesome with our baby Star! We always get consistently great service!
Took our dog in last night due to heavy breathing, lethargic, bloody nose, and weakness in her legs. I explained the symptoms to the vet.. X-Rays and blood work were done and ultimately she was given an injection of prednisone for possible inflammation and sent home... She's home and continues with the heavy breathing and confusion. I was told to see a neurologist for further examination . However, no meds were prescribed and $700 later we don't have any clear answers. I absolutely higly recommend this place! Everyone here was absolutly amazing to me & importantly my little bunny Blu! They went above & beyond to help him. Dr. Olson the admitting dr & the other doctors I spoke with in reguards to my rabbit & his care were absolutly amazing! After my rabbit was discharged all of the techs that I spoke with with questions I had were extreamly amazing too!! They were not mad when I kept calling & bugging them. I take all my kids to Valley Animal Hospital. I trust them to the fullest. The staff at the front desk are very kind and helpful. Even during the most stressful time in our life, the entire staff is very compassionate and caring. They have seen 3 of our parakeets, our guinea pig which by the way is doing much better after his tumor was removed and 3 of our 6 dogs. They offer 24-hour emergency care and I am very confident that they will take care of your precious lil family too.
Great place. My bird loves going there.
