Unfortunately this place does not let you know up front what kind of expense you are looking at, so when I ran out of money, they refused to treat our precious puppy. I was looking at upward of 4000 dollars. They care more about money than the animal’s precious lives. RecommendedRecently I had to take my sweet boy in not knowing what was going to happen the staff was nothing but helpful during the whole process. The many vets, vet techs and receptionist that assisted with Ruger were nothing shy of amazing. They went above and beyond with the care for him and explained everything in detail to me and updated me regularly during his stay. RecommendedThe staff is amazing, they walked me through everything they were going to do and made sure to tell me how my pet was doing. I have taken all of my animals there and even though not all of them came home with me I know they were treated with respect and compassion the entire time they were there.
RecommendedWe were so impressed by the staff here. We had to rush my dog in when she was experiencing a sudden decline and eventually put her down, but the compassion and professionalism of the staff made the best of a horrible situation. Not to mention, they were navigating the COVID-19 concerns with great care, holding doors for us etc., while still prioritizing our need to be there to say goodbye to our pet. Dr. Compton gave us detailed updates on her condition and was very sensitive helping me through a heart-breaking decision.

RecommendedOn March 15,2020 my family had to make the hardest decision we ever had to make. The staff of vets and techs were amazing. In our time of sorrow they showed compassion . We went there to say goodbye to our sweet Biloxi. The staff gave us the time we needed to say our goodbyes. For that I am grateful. although we didn't go home with Biloxi were able to bring home Presly. He is bruised and "beat up" but because of your wonderful facility he is home Tonite. thank you again.
