My dog ripped an 8-inch gash in her back and was bleeding everywhere with a flap of skin hanging off, and they took her into the back and put her in a cage for 5 hours BEFORE ADMINISTERING ANY PAIN MEDICATION. Then it was even longer before they did stitches. This vet is unacceptable and did not provide adequate care for my dog in an emergency situation. Recommendedmy name is dana frausto i was in there jan 2 at 9 pm with an extremely urgent emergency with my dog BABY. with the most care and empathy and remorse and help. they gave me made my visit a little less fearfull and sadness. my dog was sick and he was suffering and in the worst possible way i had to decide to stop his pain. the staff was so kind hearted. thank you for helping my family.
