I have a bearded dragon with 2 very swollen front arms and VCA is the only vet clinic in Tucson that deals with reptiles. I saw Dr. Meyers and she was AMAZING!!!! She is a reptile expert and if it was up to her that would be the only animals she would see and deal with. She found out that his swollen limbs were filled with pus, drained them, prescribed us anti-biotics, and then didn't charge me for the draining! Amazing customer service. They got my cat in fast. They loved on my furbaby like he was their own! Truly a group of amazing group of people. They explained every step and every charge. Feel so blessed to have them take care of my cat and me.
Louise Scharf — 1 star ---- cat was at boarding "pet resort" last week. allegedly in my opinion it is why he is very ill since then on Thursday AM when released and spending the night at a minimum (with all tests, etc) at his own vet. I am terrified. he is my sweetheart.
When our rabbit was suffering from a heat stroke, they were so kind and gentle with us. Even though she didn't make it, they were so kind and empathetic.
