RecommendedI bring all my pets here. The staff is friendly and they always do right by my pets. My dog GG has had to have two ear hematomas surgically repaired this year. She is a scaredy cat when she is around people and they work with her to make her feel comfortable. I hate having to come here but the environment is clean and the people who work here are professional. Just found out about the military discount.
RecommendedOur dachshund Kakashi was hit by a car on 8-16-19 Immediately they took him back and started assessing as well as treatment. The staff Geovanna, Mary and Dr. C are the absolute best! Kept us calm during a tough time as well as attending to Kakashi. His surgery couldn’t be done there but referred us to the best place and had Kaskashi stable before transport. RecommendedMy boisterous pug got into some rubble and suffered a laceration to his neck. The staff at the VCA Emergency Center were prompt and caring to not only my pet, but all the other fur babies that were coming in throughout the night. Everyone was offered water and coffee with updates on their pets in a timely manner and I thought that was very welcoming and gracious of them. They definitely put my mind at ease.
