Sadly it was my first time going to Valley but the staff was very understanding and polite. My Kiki had so many medical problems that formed within the last two weeks and I knew it was the right thing to do and euthanize her. My heart aches for the loss of my girl. We brought our 15 year old doggo to them in his time of need. He was well taken care of and the staff was patient, kind and caring. Dr. Russo explained everything, allowed us time to make the decisions, and allowed us time with our dog before and after we put him to sleep. You can tell that she cares about the animals. We would like to thank her for allowing us the peaceful goodbye of a long time family member.
have already had to go in a couple times with a ferret and one of our dogs and they have taken get care of our furry family members and we're very kind to us as well I highly recommend them them especially for your pet emergencies.

Dr. McCrady was everything we needed, and everything our dog deserved. She was very kind and supportive. It isn't easy for anyone involved when we have to say goodbye to a pet, but I'm glad she was our dog's doctor. Our dog meant the world to us, and she treated him with just as much respect and care. Everyone we spoke to during our visit was very kind and helpful, I highly recommend if you need vet services.
