Our 20 year old cat got very ill on a Sunday morning! We took him to Valley Animal ER and I just want to say how kind and compassionate they all were.
Sadly, I lost my baby here. I rushed him in hoping he could be saved, but he had a large amount of blood around his heart and was going downhill fast. The staff were very understanding as we had to make the awful decision to end his suffering. Afterward the vet on call told me I had done the right thing, and I received a beautiful card from the vet and staff. I also got a beautiful paw print which I will cherish forever. I now take my new puppy there and love the quality of care I receive.
My friend took her distressed greyhound there. He had degenerative disc disease and it was time to put him out of his misery. The staff was compassionate and Carter left this earth knowing he was loved and comforted. Those last moments of a pet's life are golden.
Everyone here was awesome! Got me right in and took excellent care of my kitty. The techs were all friendly and the doctor explained everything and was mindful of my budget and laid out alternative treatment plans with different options �
We couldn't have picked a better place.. the staff was very caring and helped my baby feel better... Thank you for everything
We have been in at 2am 7pm 4:30pm this week with 3 different cats. All 3 visits were great.
