We love AECC! I have had every one of my dogs over the past 16 years there for one reason or another. They were amazing and kind when my boxer had to put to sleep. When my chihuahua Addicus struggled with heart failure for 8 months they worked with us weekly on draining fluid from him at night and were so supportive. I have been here several times over the years and have always been very happy with the staff and vets. They have helped several of my babies and were always very kind. Last year it was time to let my beloved Pepper go and they were very kind and sympathetic. Hopefully I won't have any emergencies but if I do I will come here!
I have been there on many occasions with numerous pets with a myriad of conditions and have always felt that they were compassionate and professional and care deeply for the animals they treat and to the folks that bring them in! I am so grateful for their presence and for the work they do!
The staff at Animal Emergency and Critical Care is top notch. They clearly care for their patients, are incredibly professional, communicate well and are so empathetic when we humans are faced with the loss of our fur babies. We are incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful, well staffed clinic in Lynchburg. Thank you Animal Emergency for always helping our family when we need you.
The staff has always treated me and my animals with dignity and honesty. I recommend them to anyone in the area!! They are wonderful, hardworking, and loving people!!
Myself and several family members have used the Emergency Vet on several occasions. We have only been met with kind, professional, caring staff. I also adopted brother and sister kittens through them. They work hard trying to help pets in the community. It’s a hard job, they do it wonderfully! ❤️
Excellent care for my critically sick Beagle baby. Super staff and facilities. They make you well informed and treat you like your not a bother. I will not hesitate to drive the hour and forty five minutes to get the great care they offer.
