Turned my dog away after I drove TWO HOURS!
If I didnt have a sleeping baby, this would be a furious phone call or a personal appearance I have never been witness to poorer animal care and customer consideration in this field. They will NOT work with you on payment plans in case of financial emergency. They do not care and have horrible attitudes toward people mourning. They laughed and let my best friend's dog get euthanized because she could affors that but not the extra 86$ on top of her already pricey bill. RecommendedEveryone was so kind during our loss. They gave us all the time we needed and were so courteous during the pick up of her ashes. We couldn't have asked for a more personal experience during such a hard time.
We woke up yesterday morning with our French bull dog in labor. They did a fabulous job taking care of her and doing her C-section. They kept us well informed and delivered 9 beautiful puppies !!
The staff was very kind and knowledge.
everytime i go there i wait over an hour to see someone. also was told I could call and re up antibiotics for my one dog and was told when i called to re up them over 30 days I'd have to go in....I work 70 to 80 hour weeks it's a struggle to go anywhere and have to hear this so I decided to switch vets...I have 3 dogs i took there and paid cash everytime....bad service in my opinion
All snuggles after being seen for a boo boo at the hospital today. Thank you for the speedy service and kind staff. Our boy is on the mend.
First let me say . . our dog was hit by a train. He was in pitiful shape. barely hanging on. Everyone was super nice and helpful and took great care of of Big Sampson. Thank you all . He is doing much better now. ❤
Love this place! My sweet kitty was hit by a car and they took such good care of him and sent me home with great instructions. They even called a couple days later to check on him and see if I had any questions for them. I hope I don’t need to, but if an emergency ever arises again I will definitely be back!
