Been here over 2 hrs. Short staffed and no one seems to care about the animals. Knocked on the door and opened it up to find someone grooming a dog! WTF!!! 11:00 at night grooming a dog!!!

We rushed our old dog Ace here on 3/1/18 but sadly, he was gone by the time we got there. They were very kind and helpful. We got him cremated through them and it was very reasonable for a large dog. Thank you for your kindness in such a hard time for us.

Our dog Jack has congestive heart failure and a collapsing trachea. Yesterday in the early morning, he was unable to stop coughing. We took a trip to Animal Emergency & Critical Care of Lynchburg and in less than an hour, we had new meds and we were back on the road home. They were absolutely wonderful and a day later, Jack is doing as well as an old guy with a bad ticker can be doing. Thank you!
Our poor Miss Addy was apparently attacked by the insufferable Mr at some strange hour last night, probably 3am. The folks at the clinic were kind and carrying with our restive feline and had her patched up in no time! Thanks!
