Aside from the fact that all the staff was rude, we wasted $125 to be told that our cat was suffering Panleukopenia just to turn around and take him to his actual vet where they found it was just tapeworms and we spent less there for his treatments and everything. Also kind of eerie that I heard our cat SCREAMING when all they were doing was injecting SQ fluids. Yet he did just fine with his injections at the vet today. I'm just happy that he is home and is okay. Will not go back, and will not recommend.
Have had to use their services several times. I never had any bad experience there until my sister’s kitten had to be euthanized because of its injury. That was hard but the doctor went over every option with us before that decision was made. The staff was great. Remember this place sees the worst of the worse and they need to make immediate decisions and act very quickly in order to reduce suffering and save lives. I, for one, am glad they’re there.
Wow. What a different place than the 2 other times I've had to visit here. Customer service/triage is zero. They are quick to remind me that this is an emergency room but I do not see the urgency and speed that an emergency room warrants. No one up front to take payment so we can just go home after a 2 hour, 15 minute visit. The only saving grace they have now is Dr. Seraki. I would NOT recommend coming here in an emergency.
They took great care of my sweet Tyson after he passed away on 6/4/18. They took care of contacting his vet and letting them know what happen. They made me a paw print of my boy, took care of cremation details, and even sent me a card a few days later. Thank you so much for all of your help.
I’ve had to unfortunately seek the help of their help for two of my dogs now. One because it accidentally ingested rat poison and the second because the first dog tried to eat him and because he ate ibuprofen. They have been phenomenal and so caring both times. Both my dogs are alive and well because of them. If it weren’t for Animal hospital neither would be alive today. I’m so thankfully for them and all they have done!
Jay and Becca are amazing. They took good care of us during a very difficult situation. Would highly recommend.

They are goodpeople over there, and you cam tell they care about the babies.
I have had the occasion of taking my cat to AECCL in the past -- they are excellent at what they do!! <3
