I had our dog there from Saturday -Monday morning and they misdiagnosed him and had him on medicine that he shouldn’t have been on. I’m so glad I got a second opinion, without an X-ray, within minutes the vet was able to tell what was wrong with him and fortunately give him the care he needs. Unless you know the problem with your animal, and have ALOT of money I would go to another emergency hospital when you can’t go to a vet.
They were very nice to deal with but more importantly they diagnosed my very sick puppy and treated her. She’s home and cuddled up with me now.
They were great. Took very good care of our dog after he got bitten by a snake.
Thank you for being so kind and compassionate tonight. Unfortunately it was to late for our kitty. But you ladies made it as comforting as possible.
Always calm when you have a pet with an emergency, the people who work in this animal hospital are gems.
They don't care about your pet, they just want your money. And when you just call to ask a question they make you feel like a horrible pet owner. Over priced and very poor service.
The voice on the other end of the line today brought me the most comfort I’ve felt for a very long time. I’ve had my sweet ally for a short 8 months and she’s been at our regular vet a lot in that time but had to be seen today by this wonderful clinic. I’m not ready to give up on her yet and the staff there was very informative and understanding, I am a nurse and had just worked a long 12 hour overnight shift and this is what I needed in this trying time.
Thank you for always being here on holidays, weekends, and nights! You always provide the best care! Lots of love from the family of Bones, Lionel, and Iggy. (Hopefully Marlin won't need to meet you, but we are thankful to know you are here!)
