This company is horrible ! I’ve been trying to get my budget drafting set up for months ! Customer service is horrible and they refuse to let me speak to a supervisor or a manager. I have wasted so many hours of my life on hold or talking to these customer service representatives that cannot help me and don’t know how to help me! I wish I can change companies !
Iv been having the worst time trying to speak to a supervisor or manager!! And the customer service is horible!! Just refinanced are home and the loan went threw with the other company but amerihome is saying it’s shot 2 thousand dollers and I keep getting calls that my mortgage is late because this refinancing isn’t going threw there dumb A** end and I don’t get how this is happening we already sent the closing cost to the other Leander! If I could give lower than one star, I would. I have never interacted with a business of this sort with worse customer service. Impossible website, cannot reach by phone, chat seldom works. Truly: AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Absolutely the worst company. Takes payments but don't credit the account. Late payment fees are just made up out of the blue. Stay away from this company. They will rob you blind.
My loan was sold to Amerihome before my first payment was due. I never received a statement so I called for my loan number and address to send my payment. I was given the address to the insurance section, and not the mortgage section. Now they are saying I didn’t make my payment. I’ve called several times and told they see it in the system but it hasn’t posted. Worst company ever ! Didn’t pay my taxes on time , couldn’t give me an estimate when they’d were ever sent . Finally refinanced and still haven’t received my escrow. They said thirty days and it’s almost been 45. Any time you call it takes forever to speak to someone . Good luck if you use them
This company is incapable of posting payments correctly. I am on the phone again right now trying to correct a misapplied payment. I have had to call to correct almost every payment I have made. It's almost as if they are doing it on purpose. I wonder what government regulatory agency is responsible for this kind of misconduct. Forty five minutes on this call. Third call on this payment. 20th call in the last year. Complete incompetence.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I paid Sept, Oct, Nov payments before the due dates each month. They misapplied the November payment and will NOT fix it. I have called them 8 times in the last 10 days and just get transferred around and get different information every time and still nothing is fixed. I was working with Treniece Lewis from corporate who assured my 11/9 that all would be fixed by 11/12. It was not and she has not returned 4 phone calls to her. DO NOT USE THEM!
Terrible customer service. Takes 1-2 hours to speak to someone who still has no clue!
