Very incompetent in handling escrow accounts. Had to pay late fees to county because they failed to pay it with enough money in escrow account. No accountability with. Organization.
Recently in 2020, my load transferred from GreenState Credit Union to AmeriHome. I see couple of issues regarding my Escrow, I have been waiting from last 2 months but thought to call and make corrections by calling customer service. Very difficult to speak to anyone. I just want to discuss my pmi insurance.
Dishonest and fraudulent business practices. They are robbing people they offered deferred payment to. They are applying terms to loans that were never discussed or agreed to. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Tell your broker to not have Amerihome service your loan. They will be hearing from my attorney.

Worst customer service i have ever dealt with. I DO NOT recommend amerihome AT ALL!!!
THE WORST EXPERIENCE, DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU WILL GET SO MANY HEADACHES
This is by far the absolute WORST mortgage provider on the market. When you call, you are on hold forever, when someone does finally pick up, it is a random customer service agent who has ZERO knowledge of what you are calling about. I even had one lady say "your question is not in my manual". In your manual!? You have zero proper training. Oh, and by the way, my issue still has not been resolved. This company is awful.
Terrible customer service. Long story short they did not pay out insurance from escrow, called they confirmed payment will be made. Payment never made so they added their own insurance that is twice the cost. Customer service line is typically 30+ min, reps recommend calling back tomorrow to see if updated. Been 3 months no resolution. Extra cost added to mortgage without notice or consent. No one willing to answer questions or resolve. Call in times are minimum 30 min to get a representative.
