I have been having long chats with customer service for months in an effort to have my account corrected. Each time I call I think it is corrected. It is tiring EVERY month to explain the same problem over and over. I have an old paid off account them that keeps appearing on line and prevents the new account from being recognized. All they have to do is remove the old account as Primary and replace it with the new account. THIS IS THE WORST MORTGAGE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! They will nickle and dime you, even when you are trying to pay them. They paid mine and someone else's county taxes with my escrow account even after I warned them that there was a mistake on the escrow reanalysis. Then, they tried to make me pay for their mistake!! This company, AmeriHome, just bought my loan and changed my payment date, 12 days earlier then what it was. I called and asked to change the date according to what it was and when I get paid, even if they just changed it by 4 days would be fine. THEY REFUSED. Bad business practice. Customer service rep was short and to the point, no pleasantries, just matter of fact and cold. I hope they sell my loan.

BEWARE! I just bought my home, originally the lender was Liberty Home Mortgage that gave me a loan which I did not have any problems with that company. AmeriHome Mortgage took over my loan and my credit score went down due to their bully tactics claiming they did not receive my payment that I sent off over three weeks ago. This company is horrible. I have had a loan for 7 months and had 5 escrow analyses and 6 different payment amounts. They forced additional coverage and have not paid my property tax. I can’t express how horrible their customer service is. You will spend hours upon hours dealing multiple people who have absolutely no clue what they are doing. You will get shuffled around to different people and never get your problem solved. My only hope is that they sell my loan. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

I have 3 real estate loans through this company. I posted a negative review on Trustpilot a month ago and Bryan S. from the office of the president reached out to try to solve the problem. The problem was in setting up ACH to auotpay my loans. Subsequently I thought the review was no longer warranted so I removed it from a review site based on the conversation I had with Bryan. Worse company ever, I am so disappointed, frustrated, and just beyond myself. I don't know how any business can be run so poorly.... it is just been horrible to get any real answers from them...

Our mortgage was switched over to them shortly after we purchased our first home and it was a pretty terrible experience. I am not one to leave bad reviews but felt it was necessary here. My husband was the only one on the loan so we had to my bank account to set up the direct monthly payment. We tried submitting online with the forms they requested and this did not work - they kept deleting the request. Finally my husband called and they told us we had to mail in the forms.
