I want to refinance just to get away from this awful company! My escrow is over funded and I have requested them to analyze my account and they are dragging their feet. They are breaking the law at this point. Horrible company!
This company expects me to supply yearly documents and makes no effort to obtain insurance documents. This company withheld my insurance payment when they had control of my escrow account with more than enough funds. The Agents are rude. This Company expects all electronic communication and documenttation.
The worst mortgage experience ever. My loan was sold to them. Customer service is outsourced. Waiting time is awful. Avoid this company by any means!

55 minutes on hold just to get a 1098 that your website is too trashed to offer. Unacceptable.
First they paid my homeowners insurance late and it was canceled. Now we are fighting to refinance with another company. They rejected the payoff with no reason why. And when I call I can only get collections even though I paid up till we, thought, we switched companies. Who doesn’t accept a payoff. It’s been 3 months trying to refinance with another company because of Amerihome. What a joke of a company.
