On 12/10/2021 I filled 525.10 gallons of propane from AmeriGas Propane LP. because it offered $200 prepaid card. When I went to claim on online, the website didn't work, I tried many times, finally call back to AmeriGas customer service, she help me and get it done, I received confirmation. One and half month later, I received only $100 prepaid card. I called four times, each time spent over forty minute, no one able to give solution. The third time 3-2-2022, I spoke to Sylvia and she gave me a case #4457302 and said someone... read more
