If i could give a zero i would. We ordered gas a month ago. It was not delivered until yesterday after weeks of promised delivery dates. Then they delivered to the wrong tank after i confirmed multiple times that it would be the correct order.we cancelled our order Wednesday and it was delivered yesterday, as I explained previously. So now we are stuck with their tank and overpriced gas which filled our tank. I have been talked down to, they raised their voice at me and hung up on me multiple times.

if I had one wish in life it would be to see this so called company to go BELLY UP......poorest service and management I have ever had to deal with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Worst customer service ever. CSRs are taught to say what the customer wants to hear and not the truth. Ask for a supervisor and they don't want to transfer you up. Finally get transferred, and if you are lucky they won't hang up on you when they pick up. Then you finally get a supervisor after 4 calls they do the same thing and feed lines to you. Seven days later, still same thing. Got to love being stuck at home and out of gas so we can't even cook or heat. Our quarantine will be over by the time we get gas.

Amergas is the PITS.. The delivery service is criminal. They take forever to deliver and when you call each person gives you a different story, if they don't know they hang up on you .

My uncle has been without gas for over 2 weeks now, this company never returned my emails and every time I call customer service they act like my request is something new and "guarantee" to fulfil my order. I hate this company and hope I knew how to cancel their service.

Amerigas (here in Tucson) has done a complete turn-around in the last five years (and not for the better) since I have been a customer. I read all of the reviews about Amerigas and thought they must be exaggerations. To be honest, I did not have a choice: we bought a house in December in MI, and inherited the Amerigas buried tank - and service- that came with it. From the start, I couldn't even reach Amerigas to transfer the account from the prior home owners. I spent several hours on hold. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They have NO customer service. They do not answer the phone. They do not respond to electronic mail on their site (which they push and say is their preferrred way of communicating. There is no physical address either. No way to get one's needs met. My house sale was blocked bc I could not reach this company. My move out of state was also blocked. This company should be put out of business, particularly since ppl rely upon them in emergencies . Didnt respond properly during recent ice storm. Agents were great, but weren’t able to get results. 10% still no propane
