I wouldn’t even put one star! Here’s my list that I made for myself for all the crap they have pulled. DO not use them and if you are, switch!!! requested a 100 gallon delivery 3 weeks ago. Your company skipped us once, which we can understand if someone else was in more dire need....however Then, your company had “technical difficulties” and said they delivered 25 gallons. Ordered refill for our 120 gallon tank online on 2/1/21 with 50% capacity left. Our timeframe was 2/2-2/15. No delivery as end of February 2021. Kept calling and checking numerous times and got the same excuse over and over that the delay was because of the the bad weather, snow/ice. The weather was not bad at least 2 weeks before the ice and snow that hit Tennessee! So the weather was not the reason. Worst company ever! Propane delivery ordered 2/5/21. Called was at 15% when I called company on 2/24/21 and was told orders take 10 to 14 days to be delivered. When I pointed out it had been 19 days was told propane would be delivered in 24 to 48 hours. Propane never delivered and ran out of propane on Sunday 2/28/21. Called to let them know I was out and to have delivery by 9am 3/1/21. Called again at 1215 pm and was told orders were sent to coordinates. Amerigas is the worst propane company in the USA. They have constantly screwed up my deliveries each winter. I have had to close my store on occasion because they never showed up in their ********time frame of 10-14 days. That is unacceptable for any business. I AM DONE AND I'LL SPREAD THE WORD EVERYWHERE. DO NOT USE AMERIGAS THEY ARE IMCOMPETENT. TONY

I ordered gas January 27th, and it still hasn't arrived. When I get on the website, it says that it will be delivered today, and when I call they say it's out for delivery. It's been almost 2 months. We had to go through 2 ice storms without heat, even calling their emergency number. They gave us the run around, saying they only had 1 driver to deliver.

Amerigas should be investigated for misleading customers on several levels and endangering the lives of it's customers. The company purchased small, local propane suppliers across the US and consolidated their services to district offices. They also consolidated the customer communication to large centralized call centers. These call centers have no direct communication with the local district offices so a customer that needs any service at all has no way of knowing what, who or when they will be delivering their propane. Horrible since they started outsourcing calls to random people. I use to be able to call the local office and those ladies could always help me but I have called several times in the last 2 weeks trying to get a delivery, adjust my incorrect bill, and overall talk to someone who could actually help me right then and I still have 2 bills- one for a delivery that was never made and another that is incorrect and needs adjusted. Can I give a zero? I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Been waiting 2 weeks for propane as they have "lost" the account (which is over 10 years old) twice in 12 days. Customer service is zero help.

I originally ordered propane delivery from Amerigas on Feb 3 and as of Feb 26 there has been no delivery. The propane tank read 20 at time of order and since that time it has gone down to unreadable (about 2). I have been using stove to supplement heat to save any propane left for use while stove is turned off at night. I have written emails and called with no results. Amerigas is totally undependable and should reimburse customers. Boycott
