The Knights Inn on ********************************************************** is The most unsanitary, rodant/insects/bug infested unprofessional disrespectful Hotel I have ever stay in my life! I wouldn't recommend this stay to anyone there were bugs growing out of nowhere flying around around bathroom, their tub and sink was DISCUSTING I've ever seen in my life mold growing around the top and bottom layers of the walls and not to mention was charged for days that I haven't stayed, which in total were 4 payments $75 $75 $56 ... read more

But the point is that the hotel room had bugs the first day we got the food and my stuff was clean and well organized..and there is a family behind the room with a baby and they are dumping baby food in the drains and sweeping it all outside their door. An employee even told me that they are having trouble with the family also.

This hotel is horrible do t stay there I went to get a room gave them my id and credit card they came back said I couldnt stay there but they ran my card even though they told me I couldn't stay there, and I kept asking them why did u run my card then if I couldn't stay there they couldn't give me an answer. They are un professional and there customer service is really bad.

This place doesn't deserve to have there doors open, the lady named ***** is very rude to 95% of the guest that come there to stay a the other 5% that the men she's made offers with sexual favors she's made deal's for sexual favors because she's an angry bitter alcoholic and it seems the less alcohol she has or the worst the DTs are that she is experiencing the worst her guests are treated and strong armed and bullied. I stayed here on 02/08/22 at the one on ************* in *******, ** and it was terrible! My fianc and I had been planning this date for months for his homecoming. It started out ok. But when were fixing to get into the jacuzzi, I was just going to wipe it out to make sure it was clean. It was marble with red swirls.. and then I came upon two big splotches of what appeared to be dried blood!! (It blended with the rest of the bathtub because of the red swirls) it was disgusting! Please be advised that I had the worst experience in my life at this motel. It was unsanitary, there was a smell in the motel. I was also moved to a different room due to the smell of the room. The other room had a smell as well. I checked out about thirty minutes later because of the poor condition of the room. I reached out to the motel and was denied a refund and I was cursed out by the general manager. I spoke with different individuals to no avail. Not very clean. Linens dirty. Not enough towels. Pillows were garbage. Rats and skunks in parking lot. Owner tries to charge as much as possible for everything he can. A DUMP.

Horrible experience at the one at **** cracker barrel ********* **** . One of the employees thru me out because i was chrcking out one day early because i was sick and didnt want anyone getting sick. I experieced rudeness humiliation discrimination etc.

As q recent employee this company qnd I were okay until I gave notice about me leaving and going to a better company who offered me better benefits and they contacted my new employment and discussed **** about me and ruining my chance of being hired when having no business in discussing me nor even having any right to contact my new place of employment. I find this so childish and unprofessional of them because now due to this they not only have messed with my job and money but now me being able to have money to pay my rent ... read more

This is the worst hotel Ive ever visited. **** at the front desk is the worst hospitality staff imaginable. He ruined my experience and my weekend. They say they offer pets, but its a lie. You cant have a pet in your room and if you leave a trace, they charge you. **** was obsessed with hotel policy, whereas the night staff seemed to care if people enjoyed their stay. **** ****** into my room at 11:07am while I was still asleep, even though I paid for and requested late check out.
