The worse hotel you could ever stay at! I booked two rooms for my nephews surprise 16th birthday and when we arrived the beds were covered in blood stains, the floors were nasty, the ceilings were leaking and it smelled of old left over cigarettes. Absolutely disgusting and embarrassing. I believe they use the hotel for unlawful behavior the environment was suspicious when we left. The lady that showed the rooms didnt even seem concerned about the rooms. This hotel needs to shut down immediately!

If I could give it zero stars I would. ******** experience called a head of time to book a jacuzzi room my fianc and I to get away. The owner a guy answered and he said they still have the jacuzzi rooms available. Upon arriving to the facility the story changed and I can see the difference of the way he treated other who were not black. The lady at the front desk would not take my schools first credit union debit card. On December 31, 2022, to January 01, 2023, booked a room (702), went to a show and when we were walking back at ****, we stopped in the parking lot to see if we could see our dogs in the windows. We saw both dogs on the window seal, we were waving looking up, when one jump down and someone stepped to the window. my wife and I were shocked and i told here to stay ther and i will run up and make sure that was our room. This was the most disturbing motel I have ever seen. Drugs and dealers out side and filthy disgusting rooms every inch was dirty and know one who worked there cared. They were no help what so all....

I had got a room that was dirty, resulting me to switch my room that was dirty a little dirty. At 5 AM I seen a bug. Went to report it. Never asked for a refund or anything I asked for another room and every single worker was rude and told me no because I did not see it when I first got there. Told me I brung the bug in there myself. The tub was flithy and looked like it was used 10 minutes before we got in there. The rags were flithy and had hair all on them. The towels had dark stains on them as if they were not washed. On October 15, 2022 I rented two rooms from Americas Best Value Inn, in *******, **. Once we went into the rooms we discovered how nasty the rooms were. The blankets had black feet print on them, the beds was moldy, the rooms smelled bad, all lights didn`t work, bugs was on the floor and around the air, they had bed bugs, **** on the wall by *********, looked like someone peed by the headboard of the bed, the bath tubs was peeling and looked like it hasn`t been cleaned in years, it was the worse place I have ever seen. July 30- Aug 4 Booked this room through Expedia about a month prior to visiting . Was in town for 5 days with my son whos a freshman at ****************** (orientation was for 4 days). Basic room king size bed upon entering 1st room I noticed instantly it wasnt clean. Although their was a fresh clean and sanitized sticker on the (all room) door(s). The room was everything but.
