Had an emergency around 11pm last night 11/6/2021. Had to leave the house and get a hotel really close by. We booked 3 rooms through #hotwire . When we (me, my man, my sister, my 2 nieces, and 4 children) arrived my sister recieved her 2 rooms. I'm in line behind her and the lady at the front desk said we don't have any more rooms. I said I made my reservation the same time as my sister. She told me hold on, asked for my name and said "Ok, here you go". I finally recieved my keys around midnight. To preface: I have never written a bad review even for the worst places Ive booked. When we checked in the person was rude and very short with us. We finished up the check in process and drove to the room we were given. As we walked in we had banging from the top of the 1 floor building. My husband went to the restroom and there were dark splotches all over the door and the bathroom stank. I was sitting on the bed and there were stains on the pillowcases. The America's Best Value Inn outside *********** had the most comfortable bed - like a 5-star hotel. The rooms were basic, but for the price, and for an overnight stay only, it had everything we needed - except for coffee in the room. Will definitely search them out next time we're on the road.

This is the worst hotel ever you have roaches broken TV mole on walls and floor crackhead roaming around unsafe and nasty place to leave I wish I could upload my picture I took please shut this place down

Sorry no room till 12:00 pm OK give me a refund . Sorry call price line they will give you refund. They charged me 400 extra dollars. Terrible place. Nasty breakfast. They said I had a pet in my room cause of alleged pet hair when theres no way I had a pet. I live in ********* and I was on my way back home from Yellowstone with my friends. Theres no reason I would bring a pet with 5 people in a 5 person car. Even if I did bring a pet it said on the website its 35 per pet for up charge so it shouldnt have been 400. **** was the worker and when I tried contacting me she kept acting rude and I instantly got my number blocked... read more

DIRTY ROOMS! Un-responsive management! Had to call HOTWIRE before we were even offered a different room; which turned out to be just as dirty! Got a refund from HOTWIRE and went elsewhere. Unfortunately; it turned out to be owned by the same people. Even thought this SAYS it is a **************; a property search shows owners here in ******** and it appears that they own 4 motels in the area.

I stayed here more times than this place deserved. I went to the hotel for work purposes. First day an employee walked into the room while i was sleeping (happened about once a week). The curtains were dirty along with the floor. Some rooms lights didnt work, and the air conditioner for one of the rooms leaked on half of the floor. I notified the attendant, but didnt want to cause a stir so I said I didnt need to change rooms.
