Americas Best Value Inn, Chippewa Falls Wi “Overbooked hotel we were turned away” Booked 2 nights using Orbitz 4 weeks prior to my stay. Called hotel to confirm reservation 3 days prior to check in. Was told by the desk clerk that the orbitz reservation did not flood into their system correctly but she would be resolve this manually on their end and ensured me there is a room booked for my 2 night stay. My family and I booked a room on 7/10/21 at Americas Best Inn in Goodsville TN. We did not say at the hotel on 7/10/21 because the room was so disgusting that you could tell it was not cleaned.....COVID IS STILL OUT THERE PEOPLE!!!....We informed the front desk employee Monil Patel (hotel manager), and she walkie talkie a coworker to go see the room and they coworker agreed. The worst stay ever. Wrong room that I booked. Then gave me a smoking room, couldn't breathe very well. Roaches crawling all over the bed and room. Didn't sleep at all, I was on roach patrol for my kids while they were sleeping. Killing them as they were crawling on the bed. Plus this place is on the hood.

Doesn't even deserve a 1.. hotel needs to be condemned and shut down. Staff is fully aware of severe health and safety violations and do not care and do not fix issues. Have at least a couple rooms with weak bathroom floors ready to cave in and loose toilets. Have infestation of bed bugs and cockroaches and are just continuing to rent rooms and doing nothing about it DO NOT STAY if you care about your health and safety

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Don't waste your time or money. They are scamming people of their money. They have different people running the hotel that can't do there job. They are a joke.

This place is a drug filled dirty inn. I wouldn't give 1 star if I didn't have to. The first night we arrived on June 25th they failed to tell us that there was 12 rooms full of teen foot ball players and they were all outside partying and being loud. We went to the front desk asking for a refund and was told they could do nothing until talking to the manager in the morning. We didn't stay the first night. We checked into Americas Best Inn in Palmyra, PA on May 28th 2021. It is a dump. The smoke free room reeked of tobacco and cigarette smoke. The bathroom had bugs. The manager would not change our room. My asthmatic wife could not stay in the room. We had to leave. They refused to refund our money. Awful place. Shame on Priceline.com for recommending it.

I booked a room at America's Best Value Inn in Palmyra, PA. The room wan nonsmoking but smelled of tobacco and smoke. There were insects in the bathroom. The Inn was a dive. I booked it on Pricekine. I complained to the manager. He would not change my room. He saud they were booked. My wife has asthma and could not tolerate the smell. We did not stay there. I asked for a refund. I am still trying to get a refund.
