Nasty place. Wasted my money. Room was disgusting. Dont believe they used the vacuum. Dirty. Pool was green. Our pool view was blocked by dirt pile & ************ stank. I complained 4 times. No resolve. Checked out 2 days early to get away from the filth. I guess they took my money & ran. Laundry disgusting. I have photos if needed ************************* 449 ************ ********** **. *****

Charged me $323 for a 2 night stay. Walked into the hotel/room. Smelled like mold. Bed sheets wet. Not sanitized or clean at all. Hair in between sheets on bed. Bed covers had black smeared hand prints on them. Dried up liquid flung on the walls. Electric switches didnt work. Dried up milk on the chairs. Carpet needs excessive cleaning or bettet yet ripped out. And they are not giving me my money back. After all these reviews youd think that this place would be shut down permanently.

The worse hotel ever! Bug infested!!! Ac units are nasty filled with mold; carpet is nasty many stains! Sheets had stains! Only clean thing was the ashtray (sadly) we called about the roaches but they seemed to not care; never came by the room; sink ******* kept coming off; water sprayed everywhere; this place is a complete dump; the rate they advertised is wrong; they said they accept pets online; get there n the day they dont; n wont let u get a room if u had a pet; thankfully I have family in ******* so I was able to drop... read more

*********** Fire alarm with exposed wires hanging from ceiling mold on ceiling in bathroom door to room would not seal and could see to hallway carpet looked like there had been a murder there and one light socket was broken in half and my husband almost got electrocuted and when we asked for a refund to leave early we got yelled at by we assume one of the owners and when I opened the side table drawer there was leftover garbage from a precious hotel guest that had not been cleaned and I don't know how long that had been the... read more

This hotel was absolutely awful, the hotel staff were rude. Our toilet over flowed and they made us clean it up. The next room we got put in had stain on the curtains walls and floors, the room had an ant infestation and was over all gross. There were transients walking around in the hotel floors all hours of the night which made me feel unsafe. Their pool and spa were green and had used band aids in them. And our key cards for our rooms didnt work multiple times. And we were locked out with no help from anyone.

this motel should not even be open plz close this down yes someone just purchased it but get everything in working order before you have guest the rooms stunk mattresses are very dirty i was afraid of bedbugs the sink in bathroom leaked all over floor i tried to get money back bc i left a day early bc i was sick bc of that room but manager 3 hours late n i got tired of waiting so i lost over 90 bucks disgusting is a clear pic i didnt even want to leave one star this place should be closed down

Stayed a night at St Catherines location Canadas best value inn and never got my deposit back. Not have the hotel got back to me. Room was paid in full and deposit was by debit card. Upon check out the man told me it was refunded, Ive stayed in hotels before and asked should I not insert my card for you to refund my money? He said no showing me a receipt saying refunded. Once home I looked again to see it said refunded to a Mastercard, I dont have a credit card nor did u pay with one. Hindsight always 20/20 right? I dont liv... read more

Even worse than a crappy motel 6. Dirty, sheets did not look changed, had dirt on them. Floors not swept or mopped. Hall carpet disgusting. Garbage stacked all over in hallways. No TP, 1 wash rag, towels thrown on top of rack. Do not think your experience might be different.
