I have had nothing but good experiences with Americas Best. My daughter and I both have exams there and have purchased multiple pairs of glasses.. We have always had good service and if we have any issues, they are always resolved.

The two pair of glasses I bought here were sub-par. They were of poor quality, fell apart within a month and scratched very easily, even though I paid more for protective coating. The come-on of two pair of glasses for $69.99 is a joke. Mine were over $300. Within two weeks, I noticed that the one side was badly bent. I took it back to them and they very reluctantly worked on it, but it really didn't make much of a difference. At no time did they offer to replace the pair. WARNING, AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY! LIKE MANY I WAS LURED INTO THIS COMPANY BY THEIR OFFER OF $69.95 FOR 2 PAIR OF GLASSES WITH A FREE EYE EXAM.KNOWING I WOULD NEED BIFOCAL LENSES AND ONE PAIR TINTED, I EXPECTED THE COST TO BE UP TO DOUBLE THE ADVERTISED PRICE. *********** ** store is not a good place to get glasses and contacts. They are very unprofessional. 1st prescription was incorrect so had to redo the whole visit. The second visit my appointment was at 12:30 and i got there at 11:30. Waited for my time with the dr and at 1:30 still hadn't been seen and the dr went to lunch. I was in that office from 11:30 to 4:30 that day doing my appointment. It was not good. Do not go to Americas Contacts and Eyeglasses. You will not save money or time by going there.

Jacksonville store in river city. does not have respect for there customer will cancel appointments with out notice in you 1 min late from because of dr has go lunch at your appointments time. corporations office manager don't make no better they say that what happen. I took time off my job they never told me that if I was not her at exactly 1:30 my appointments will be cancel. A couple months back I would have given America's Best 5 stars but no more. Back in February I bought my 3rd pair of glasses there. I spent the money on the very best of lenses, polycarbonate, blue light filter, the works. I was told by one of their employees that if I ever had any problems to come back. I did not purchase the warranty because I am super cautious with any of my glasses. I only use soft cloths to wipe them down with. When you get bored, try to order glasses from this company. For the past 10 weeks I was trying to get my glasses . I've came to the store ,I've called plenty of times just to find out that my glasses have not even been sent to the factory. Finally after 63 days I received my glasses. I HIGHLY discourage you to give this business any of your hard earned money. They flat out DISCRIMINATE! I went in for my routine eye exam, this past Thursday and was REFUSED service! I walked in and checked in for my scheduled appt. I was asked to put on a mask to which I kindly explained that I have a medical condition which prevents me from wearing one and a doctor's note for my medical exemption.
