They sell absolute trash and charge you for top notch products! After I posted my ****** review they replied and said they would be in touch! Never happened! They are CROOKS and LIARS!!!! STAY AWAY AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!

Charged me for progressive lens with anti glare and the whole works but end up getting bifocal glasses without anti glare and didn't refund me the difference that they owe me for over charging me. They did not provide me with the product I paid for or refunding me the difference because they should have charged me for bifocals not progressive lenses.

Beware. America's Best is a classic bait and switch operation.Today I went to the store at **** Beltline to get the advertised two pair of glasses for $79.95. I knew there would be additional charges for upgrades.I told an associate, who remained seated the whole time I was there, that I would not require an eye exam because I had a prescription from my ophthalmologist. They are horrible. I bought 2 pairs of glasses and in 6 months they're both broke. Do not recommend

I went in for eye exam that was fine. I gave them my glasses which I purchased elsewhere Versace eyeglasses. Three weeks later I receive a call they were lost in transit. I advise consumers do not purchase from this company at all.

Contacted America's Best on ********** in Hermitage, ** to determine if this company is in network for VSP Vision *************** After paying a large sum of monies for both myself and my spouse, six months later I have now received a **** stating that my insurance did not pay. The America's Best sent directed me to a so-called VSP phone number and work out the matter. The representative there continued to ask for my name and birth date and tried to get my full SSN. Supervisor ******, ******* **, dresses inappropriately; is very argumentative; not pleasant to be around at all. I was working with one of the female floor assistance and she was very pleasant and kind; then ****** walked over to us in his shorts, shoulder cross-over bag on his body, and a t-shirt and he looked at my prescription which I had in my hand and said to me that he doesn't know if the prescription is for computer long-distance or not. I had an appointment for 7 May I went in at my allotted time and I was told my appointment was changed to 14 May and they allowed a family of seven in with no appointment instead I was very upset and I was not told as to why my appointment was changed and I was never told beforehand that it was changed.
